Size Exchanges
- We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- Shoes must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original box and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost if they ordered the wrong size.
Important
Each shoe design has its own size chart. Please check the size chart on the product page before placing your order.
Incorrect or Damaged Item
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind
- Used or damaged products
